In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a building manager Sprinkler (m/w/d) who takes over coordination on site and ensures the professional implementation of our fire protection solutions.

ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

Installation of plants in the sprinkler area Creation and testing of dimensions Implementation of change work on existing plants Coordination of employees on construction sites and projects Customer-oriented project management Creation of the required performance certificates Coordination of services with designers and architects at the construction sites Documentation of services provided in the works and assembly plans Create Red Scrap Plans / AS-Build

Your profile - you should bring:

Completed training as plant mechanics Multiannual professional experience in sprinkler systems, ideally in construction or project management German in Word and Writing: English and Polish readiness to travel (Germany-wide) and driving licence Class B Embossed communication skills and team orientation Organizational, enforcement and high self-responsibility
