At the Hamburg headquarters, together with the previous two managing directors, You take responsibility for the strategic and operational development of the company. You actively shape the future of a growing consultancy and engineering company in a dynamic market environment. Your focus: Strategic management and economic management of the company, in particular the performance area of district heating, large heat pumps and heat storage Expansion of partnerships with clients, investors, authorities and research institutions Responsibility for projects, quality, results and personnel development Representation of the company to customers, banks and investors as well as market players Promotion and development of HIC Consulting's corporate culture based on trust, ownership and innovation joy

You are an entrepreneurial personality that combines technical competence with strategic thinking. You understand the business of complex projects and want not only to accompany the energy transition but to actively shape it. Complete study of engineering or industrial engineering Multiannual professional experience in planning and project management of energy projects (at least performance phases 1–4) in a responsible position Motivation and ambition to advance the development of renewable heat specialist planning at HIC Consulting Very good understanding of the energy industry Continuous network in the industry desirable Convincing appearance and communication strength in contact with customers and partners
