Our area Payroll & HR Controlling consists of a 23-strong team. We create the payrolls of our around 7000 employees for all German Eurofins companies. For this team we are looking for Payroll Specialists (m/w/d) in full time or part time from 20h.

Self-employed and self-responsible implementation of the monthly pay bill for the respective areas to be supervised with the associated monthly or annual work Contact persons for executives and employees for payment accounting Correspondence with health insurance, insurance, offices and authorities Creation of certificates, evaluations/reports and statistics Cooperation and implementation of special projects (e.g. further development of the accounting tool) Account-based support for occupational pension schemes Contact person for financial accounting and external auditors

Business training, training to/from tax specialists, a relevant study (e.g. BWL) or a comparable qualification multiannual professional experience in pay billing, with billing service providers Knowledge of tax and social security law Good knowledge of a common billing program (e.g. Paisy, Loga, Datev) Structured, independent and very careful operation strong service orientation and team and communication skills
