They support the Executive Board in all operational and strategic tasks and actively participate in the decision-making process at management and board level Specifically, you support us in the targeted development of strategic decision-making templates, analyses and presentations on the topics M&A, strategy and market and competition analyses You gain deep insights into the management of companies to prepare for later leadership tasks International M&A transactions are accompanied and processed by you They take responsibility for cross-border coordination and support for the business areas of our national companies – this also in connection with increased travel activities The content of preparation and follow-up as well as participation in sessions complete your varied task area

They have a very well completed master's degree, preferably a doctorate, in the field of economics, finance, law or a comparable degree course with international orientation.
