Your main tasks include: As Assistant Front Office Manager (m/w/d) Frankfurt Airport Marriott Hotel you are part of the Front Office Management Team Together with the Front Office Manager, you are responsible for employee management within your department and take employee talks as well as the implementation of professional training You are a contact person for your team and take care of the creation of schedules and holiday planning As an expert in your area you know what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as unforgettable as possible Because of your expertise, you know how to deal with guest complaints and always find a solution – you know that you can also turn negative impressions into positive memories with the right attitude.

Be distract. Complete training in the hotel and several years of professional experience in a leading position at the front office. Detectional experience in team management. Current knowledge of German and English. You also keep a cool head in complicated situations. Embossed feel for the different needs of our multi-layered and demanding guests. Very good knowledge of MS Office, Opera knowledge are advantageous a competent and binding occurrence. Looking for a new challenge in one of the largest airport hotels in Europe.
