IT Support / IT Service Desk Engineer, limited to 12 months (m/f/d)

As an IT Service Desk Engineer (gn), you take over the development and quality assurance of IT services for our headquarters. In addition to the definition and documentation of processes, this task also includes the execution of analyses and evaluations for process optimizations. As a contact person for the departments of our headquarters, you are responsible for providing the necessary hardware and software as well as ensuring their functionality. In addition, you support the User Helpdesk Support and have direct contact with all employees at our Europe-wide locations.

You have appropriate knowledge in IT, for example through training, further qualification or professional activity. Alternatively, you have successfully completed your studies in the technical environment and could gain first professional experience. As part of your professional career, you could acquire a well-founded knowledge in the hardware and software sector and have a broad expertise in the task area of User Helpdesk Support (1st and 2nd level). Your specialty areas include Microsoft, Office 365 (incl. Outlook and Teams), SAP, networks and sound hardware knowledge (PC, notebook, printer and mobile devices). Your independent, structured and equally analytical work gives You have the opportunity to develop efficient solutions both in the team and independently. You are able to match your communication to the respective target group in English as well.
