Internal communication (50%) Intranet & Editorial Planning: You create and maintain our domain pages in the Intranet, support editing content and introduce creative ideas for new articles and formats. Multimedia content: You produce video content for internal communication and Employer Branding – from conception to film to post production. Engagement & Motivation: You develop creative actions to increase employees engagement in the app – from seasonal impulses to interactive formats. Employee events: You participate in the planning, organisation and implementation of our regular employee events, develop creative ideas for new formats and actively shape experiences. Take responsibility for sub-projects, take hands-on on the spot and set your creative feel from the first concept idea to the final event moment

Press and Public Relations (50%)

Product & Theme PR: Together with the relevant stakeholders, you create product-related content (press releases, factsheets), coordinate releases and support distribution via our press distributor. Media Work & Placements: You support the preparation of interviews and statements (lettings, core messages), help to read, maintain media lists and identify placement opportunities in specialist media. Events & Press Dates: You are involved in the planning and execution of press and stakeholder formats (invitations, schedules, press kits) and create reports. Evaluation: You accompany the reporting of external measures and keep a compact, revision-proof PR-story/archiving system up to date.

This is the ideal way to bring Current studies in humanities/communications/media sciences, BWL/Marketing or comparable First experience in communication/PR is welcome Very good German- and good English-language knowledge in word and writing as well as safe formulation of targeted texts Secure handling of Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Word) Knowledge of video/image processing is advantageous Technology affinity, structured and independent working, joy in clear language and visual processing
