Administrator Accounting Subledger (a*)

You support the B2B eInvoicing process and continuously develop this process together with your team. You support the auditing professionally in the operational day-to-day business and contribute to efficient and quality-secured processing. You analyze, optimize and automate processes in the invoice environment with the aim of sustainably increasing efficiency and process quality. The creation and preparation of evaluations as well as the derivation of relevant recommendations for action are part of your task. In addition, you participate in projects and take special tasks in the context of the creditor processes.

You have a completed commercial training, supplemented by a further education, for example a specialist or a specialist, or a comparable qualification. You bring relevant professional experience in financial and accounting and have a sound knowledge of accounting. Ideally, you have also gained experience in materials management and cost accounting. You have practical experience in handling SAP, especially in FI, CO, MM and SD modules. The safe handling of MS Office and digital applications is part of everyday work for you. You have a high affinity for digital solutions and brings interest in automation and continuous optimization of processes. An analytical and structured way of working, a pronounced solution orientation and team skills are just as good as a high degree of autonomy, reliability and sense of responsibility.
