At two locations in Marsberg, but also beyond the city boundaries, to the adjacent district of Höxter, people with cognitive and/or mental impairment/disorder or Supported people with dependency in the context of social participation under the SGB IX.

At the closest possible time, we are looking for a house management for house 28 - a living form for people with autistic disorders.

Head: Technical, organisational and qualitative management, further development of the team and service planning Quality assurance: Ensuring a demand-oriented and individual support offer for performance-based persons Further development: Continuous review and adaptation of the existing processes to the current needs of the benefitable persons Network work: cooperation with service providers, authorities, doctors:inside, therapist:inside and relatives and legal advisors:inside

Qualification: Completed study of social work, social education or a comparable qualification Experience: Multiannual practical experience in the care and support of people with support needs Leadership competency: ability to guide and promote team work Computer knowledge: Secure handling of digital systems (e.g. MS Office) Personal strengths: You are reliable, committed and responsible and brings joy in sharing with people, family members, colleagues and external partners:
