Gielen, at the Klinikum Lippe in Detmold, is looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) For our dynamic team, we are looking for a colleague with completed training “Innere Medizin” or “Innere Medizin/Kardiologie” as well as with completed or targeted technical training “Internistic Intensive Medicine”. Our station looks after approx. 800 patients per year with interdisciplinary treatment spectrum. All common intensive medical procedures including bed-side puncture tracheotomy, apparatus circulatory support (vvv and va ECMO (Maquet Cardiohelp), Impella) and all common kidney replacement procedures are used. The station cooperates closely with interventional cardiology, endoscopy and nephrology, and is primarily responsible for cardiological, gastroenterological and pneumological patients with high respiratory content. All customary respiratory procedures are used. We cooperate closely with the anaesthesiological intensive care unit and the other clinics of Klinikum Lippe GmbH. The medical certificate is desirable, but can also be acquired or completed in an independent clinic. Participation in medical services is possible. The work is organized in the three-layer system. You will continue to qualify for participation in national and international training events as well as in-clinical further training and cooperation training with other specialist clinics in our home. As part of the establishment of the University of Ostwestfalen-Lippe you actively support university teaching.
