Support of the construction site manager in India and representation of his tasks as a specialist contact:in the construction site for all questions concerning construction documents, infrastructure measures, manufacturing processes, assembly processes for submarine systems and commissioning consulting the customer and coordination of TKMS activities on site in close coordination with the project team in Germany and the on-site team in Mumbai; Planning the implementation of the topics mentioned Organisation of Familiarization Sessions for the Construction Shipment, possibly together with representatives of the Indian Navy, to arrange the TKMS production processes within the scope of the design transfer Representation of the TKMS interests to the customer, implementation of the security regulations for TKMS employees and monitoring the deadline; timely information of the construction site manager and proposal of measures for deviations Support in claim management: Examination and rejection of foreign corpses, participation in the enforcement of own corpses and factual documentation Coordination and support of TKMS subcontractors on site, advice on the delivery of materials and control of the delivery of TKMS material to the customer

Engineer:in, technician:in, master:in or specialist :in with many years of experience in manufacturing or Repair of submarines and sound knowledge of systems, sub-systems and their physical integration Experience in contact with international customers and partners; ideally experience abroad, preferably on an Indian shipyard Safe handling of common computer tools, especially MS Office, for documentation, planning and communication expressed enforcing, self-employment and sense of responsibility; Ability to make independent decisions Team-oriented working, high communication skills and ability to convey expertise in English Flexible response to rapidly changing circumstances, rapid problem and concept analysis as well as development of practical solutions High social competence, good English skills and strong analytical thinking skills to tackle technical and interpersonal challenges
