You know the supplier business from the inside: established practice in the energy industry in at least one of these fields – energy billing, customer service of an energy supplier, market communication/stem data (GPKE, GeLi Gas) or receivable management. In the other fields you work here You take responsibility: Beyond your own desk – for example as team coordination, representation, key users, in the incorporation of new colleagues or in a project or project. Here you do not manage a played apparatus – you continuously develop it. You are responsible for the entire route from the customer's inquiry to billing and market communication to receivables management and guide your team to clear targets and key figures. You start as a player coach close to the day-to-day business, get to know team, processes and systems from the inside and develop processes and service playbooks further towards visible key figures and fewer clarification cases. The role is intended for experienced team management as well as for professionals who were perhaps already professionally responsible and now want to take the step in the lead – with an unusual amount of space and a sales management who wants this route explicitly. .
