Quality Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a Quality Specialist (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) in parttime at 31.2 hours for quality assurance in the Lübzer brewery.

You are responsible for the sampling and execution of chemical-technical analyses (chromatography, volumetrics, gravimetry and photometric and enzymatic methods) of intermediate and final products as well as cleaning agents of the entire brewing and filling process. You perform microbiological work in the brewery laboratory and collect relevant data You check compliance with current product and quality specifications (fill quantities, sampling etc.) You are responsible for the pre- and post-processing of tasting as well as for the evaluation of the results and their documentation In addition, you are actively working on continuous improvement processes and, if necessary, take on further activities in the brewery laboratory

You have successfully completed vocational training as a laboratory technician:in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), in the field of chemical/biological-technical assistance (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), as brewer:in & malt:in (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) or comparable Ideally, you have experiences from a food business You are versed in dealing with the current MS Office programs, at best with SAP ERP You bring very good German and ideally good English knowledge in word and writing with You have a high level of responsibility and quality awareness You have a precise, structured and independent way of working You are an open, communication-strong and enthusiastic personality with strong team orientation
