Water supervision (about 70 %) Safe water and bathing supervision: You can ensure proper water and bathing supervision at any time and ensure the safety of all bathing guests. Service-oriented guest care: A friendly, attentive handling of our visitors is of course part of the bathing business for you. Working coordination in the team: You plan, coordinate and control the use of water control staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Instruction and instructions: New and existing water supervisors are introduced into the operations in a structured manner – including behavior in emergency situations. Rescue & documentation: The review, seizure and documentation of the resilience of employees is your responsibility. Documentation of the organization: You document the construction and execution of the bathing plant in a structured and comprehensible manner. Coordination of qualifications: appointments for first-aid training as well as rescue checks are reliably and timely.

Your qualification: You have completed training as a specialist for bathing establishments or are a qualified master for bathing establishments. Your experience: Multiannual relevant professional experience as well as a well-founded knowledge of legal requirements, DIN standards and the regulations of the German Society for Bathing.
