The Albert-Schweitzer-Wohnen und Leben gem. GmbH currently offers about 200 people with mental and multiple impairments in Bremerhaven different living and care forms. We have made it our duty to allow people with disabilities to live a self-determined life, to preserve their dignity and rights and to accompany and promote every person according to his personal skills and wishes.

For our team in the Ambulant assistance offers we are looking for 01. August 2026 a dedicated pedagogical specialist (m/w/d), preferably with a completed study of Social Education/Social Work, a degree as Heilerziehungspfleger (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.

Your main tasks include:

• the individual support of the client: in all situations of life
• the implementation of necessary organizational matters
• the accompaniment and inspiration for leisure design
• the creation of progress reports and the development of perspectives and pedagogical assistance offerings for clients: women in coordination with the field management

You're bringing:

• a successfully completed study of social education / social work (Diplom, B.A., M.A.), a successfully completed training in medical education or a comparable qualification
• high sensitivity
• Overview and flexibility
• Team skills and organization skills
• independent operation and reliability
• safe handling of PC and MS Office
