Reservation Manager (m/f/d)

Our team in the lion brown cellar needs reinforcement! To expand our team we are looking for (m/w/d) in full time.

Type of employment: Full time

Management and responsibility for the reservation department and ensuring a smooth process Competent consultation of our guests and customers both by telephone, in writing and personally on site Expansion and maintenance of contacts with existing customers Acceptance of emails and forwarding to the relevant departments Timely processing of all request and reservations for the Bräustüberl, Round Stube and Dachauer Stube Creation of tickets (Factsheet) and integration into the reservation system Customer support before and after the event regarding the satisfaction and generation of follow-up business Sale of additional services (like icestock shooting) Coordination and review of all customer requirements and the transfer to the relevant service providers (if available) + internal team (kitchen, restaurant manager, etc.) Processing of debitors and creditors Create Menu/Buffet Cards

Professional experience in a similar position (event or gastronomy)

Preferably training in the commercial / event area

a high level of service and service orientation

Organizational talent, independence and flexibility

very good German and good English knowledge in Word & Writing
