FinOps Specialist | SDGDVF (m/f/d)

For our Software Development and Governance service field, we are looking for you as FinOps specialist (m/w/d) in Karlsruhe, Münster, Munich (Aschheim) or in full or part-time from 30 hours a week. Frankfurt am Main.

The Atruvia Trusted Tech Foundation (ATTF) is the technical centrepiece of Atruvia. With a comprehensive control of HPC (Hybrid Cloud Platforms), IBS (Infrastructure Backbone Service), SDG (Software Development Excellence Governance) and OSU (Operations & Support), we bundle our services and offer them from a single source. From 2026, FinOps is established as a central service to create technical and business transparency about services, costs and benefits.

Tasks with perspectives Structure and anchorage: You build the central FinOps service at the Atruvia Trusted Tech Foundation (ATTF), establish clear roles, processes and responsibilities, and ensure a sustainable organisational anchoring. Measurement methods: You implement, optimize and expand measurement methods across all ATTF products and services and integrate them into ATTF value management. Dashboards: You develop standardized reports and dashboards that provide resilient decision bases for internal customers and decision-makers. Governance: You define and implement guidelines, policies and governance structures that ensure consistent data provision and use. Scaling & control capability: You work closely with the service fields to integrate FinOps parameters into the demand and value structures and thus enable data-based control of the performance portfolio.

Personality with profile You have a completed study of (economic) informatics or IT architecture / IT system development as well as many years of professional experience in FinOps, cloud management or IT financial management in complex technical environments and ideally relevant certifications such as FinOps Certified Practitioner or Cloud Engineer / Solution Architect. Work in complex and challenging service field-crossing environments makes you happy and sports on. This helps you to analyse large amounts of data from different sources and to prepare them for addressing. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You have pronounced analytical skills as well as communication strength and conflictability for the construction and effectiveness of FinOps in the ATTF.
