At the Neurology Clinic, you will find a versatile and demanding field of activity in which you actively participate in exciting clinical research projects and thus contribute to the further development of modern therapy concepts. As a Study Nurse, you are part of an interdisciplinary team of medicine, care and research and work in an environment that combines scientific precision with empathy and real team spirit. The position is limited until 09/2028, but offers the possibility of permanent continued employment. Remuneration – depending on qualifications and professional experience – takes place in the 6 to 8.

Organization, coordination and documentation of clinical studies in neurology and neurovascular areas Recruitment, support and support of students within the framework of the respective test plans Preparation, monitoring and follow-up of monitoring visas (onsite and remote) and study meetings (online and presence) Responsibility for study-specific documentation, including data collection and maintenance in electronic systems, notification of unwanted events to CRO/sponsor and management of the study folders (Investigator Site File / Trial Master File) Self-preparation and preparation of study calculations Close cooperation with the medical study team, the study center and external partners Ensuring compliance with GCP guidelines and study-specific requirements

Complete training in the medical field as a nurse, MFA or comparable qualification Additional qualification as Study Nurse or Study assistance and/or professional experience as Study Nurse Experience in clinical studies or interest in study-related work Good knowledge of medical documentation and safe handling of digital systems (eCRF, MS Office) as well as good English skills Responsible, structured and careful operation Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation with the medical team, care and research teams High level of empathy, reliability and organizational talent
