Expert in our HSEQ team: You take your own projects in the field of work, health and environmental protection (HSE/HSEQ) and contribute to the further development and implementation of the HSE culture of our operating units in the West German area Safety checks and action catalogue: You guide action fields from observations, dialogues and accident analyses, develop safety guidelines and procedures and ensure that jobs and operational processes are safely designed Manage emergency situations: You implement training and start training materials for operational executives and employees to empower local managers and strengthen our security-oriented corporate culture Information & documentation: You carry out detailed accident analyses and support the operational units in correct reporting to thoroughly clarify accidents and prevent future incidents Common objectives and strategies: You work closely with other HSEQ experts to successfully implement safety and quality standards. This not only promotes safety and quality, but also increases the efficiency and competitiveness of the organisation.

Complete training as a specialist in occupational safety, preferably successful participation in the BG ETEM training course Experience in occupational safety, ideally with certificates e.g. from the fields of work and environmental protection, quality management Experiences in the field of high and high voltage Embossed communication and training skills to effectively convey safety concepts including very good German knowledge (English skills are desirable) readiness to travel (in particular West Germany) to create a safe and healthy working environment on site at our construction sites
