As Managing Director (m/w/d), you combine strategic responsibility with operational implementation strength and act as an entrepreneurial impulse provider close to the business and your employees. Responsibility for the further development of the business areas in the field of heat and energy solutions as well as active participation of new topics such as heat pump, photovoltaics and e-mobility Identification and expansion of future-oriented business areas and further development of the existing performance portfolio Management of planning, budget and economic development of the company Total responsibility for the operating business in close coordination with the project and team leaders on site Ensuring a smooth run in day-to-day business – from projects to service operations to construction sites Continuous improvement of processes, structures and workflows with a view to efficiency and quality Strengthening market position as a modern and regionally rooted provider of energy solutions Construction and maintenance of partnerships and further development of central business areas, in particular in the field of heat pumps Leadership and further development of executives and employees Promoting a powerful, practical and team-oriented organization Close cooperation within the company network for the joint development of offers and structures

Qualification as a master or technician in the SHK environment, complemented by sound entrepreneurial experience Multiannual leadership experience in a crafted company Extensive commercial understanding; additional economic qualifications are advantageous Strategic thinking combined with high implementation orientation Strong decision-making and a clear entrepreneurial view for opportunities and risks Ability to inspire, develop and sustain people Joy in cooperation in the management team as well as a partnership, solution-oriented exchange
