These are your tasks:

• independent design, development and support of modern control systems (IO, PLC and HMI systems) based on EtherCAT
• definition of technical requirements and performance of tests and validations in the laboratory and directly at the plant
• preparation and maintenance of technical reports, documentation and acceptance and testing protocols
• holistic support of the product development process in the role of the project manager
• Close and partnership agreement with customers and suppliers on requirements, specifications and technical details
• Ensuring implementation taking into account current standards and international regulations

Take this with you:

• Successfully completed study of electrical engineering, automation technology, computer science or a comparable technical study programme
• Practical experience in PLC programming with TwinCAT 3 and TwinSAFE
• Found professional experience in control and automation technology, ideally in a Beckhoff environment (TwinCAT)
• Very good knowledge in at least one higher programming language, preferably C#, as well as in object-oriented software development
• In-depth know-how in handling fieldbus systems, sensor technology and standardized interfaces
• Safe handling of models, methods and rules of modern software development
• Embossed analytical skills and an independent, structured and efficient operation
• Good knowledge of English in word and writing for communication with international partners
