They take responsibility for the integration of new sites into the amedes group, in particular in the implementation of important interdisciplinary interface processes. They actively manage and support the implementation of processes and the optimization of processes (including analysis existing processes, target design, implementation plan, efficient process management) and provide an efficient internal and external contact (m/w/d) Secure communication with different interfaces in the group They actively support the disciplines at various hierarchical levels (e.g. laboratory diagnostics, genetics, microbiology or cytology) in implementation and thus ensure effective change management and project management As part of the central process optimization team, you bring your knowledge responsible for further projects with a variety of process optimization measures (e.g. with Lean Management Background or Six Sigma)

You have successfully completed your studies in a technical, economic or scientific course They convince with a fast conception, social competence and an independent, structured and analytical working style You have the first knowledge of change management and project management and have already successfully applied it Ideally, you can demonstrate first professional experience in the healthcare industry, for example in the laboratory environment. Very good knowledge of the MS Office package as well as a pronounced team and communication skills complete your profile
