Customer Service Technician / Service Technician SHK (m/f/d)

Schorr GmbH is a regionally rooted, growing artisan company in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology. We realize sophisticated projects in classic housing construction – reliable, structured and with a strong team. We are currently supporting several major construction projects, including residential areas with up to 199 housing units, and are looking for an experienced upper monster who takes responsibility and is happy to work outside on the construction site.

As a customer service provider, you are not active at the construction site, but in the regional service use: Maintenance and maintenance of heating, sanitary and, where appropriate, Ventilation systems troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair commissioning and service of modern systems (e.g. calorific value technology, heat pumps) Implementation of 4–5 customer appointments per day in the regional area Documentation of applications digitally via tablet or smartphone Participation in the emergency service (rotating, about every 5–6 weeks) Emergency service hours: Working days up to max. 20:00 o'clock Weekend 08:00 – 17:00 (limited)

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK Experience in customer service / service of advantage Self-employed and reliable operation Friendly, customer-oriented appearance Technical understanding and clean working driving licence class B
