Technology Consultant – Priviliged Remote Access and Identity Management (m/f/d)

Operation and further development of the Privileged Access Management (PAM/PRA) solution, focusing on BeyondTrust Ensuring stable, secure and auditable management of privileged access Management and continuous optimization of privileged accounts, roles and permissions Implementation of security measures such as password management & session monitoring, least-privilege principles and monitoring of privileged activities Analysis of risks in the context of privileged access and implementation of appropriate measures Support for audits and the creation of comprehensible documentation and evidence Working on the further development of PAM standards, guidelines and processes Close cooperation with internal IT teams (e.g. infrastructure, security, cloud) Identity & Access Management (e.g. AD, Entra ID) Perspective participation in topics related to Endpoint Management / Endpoint Privilege Management Identification of automation potentials to increase efficiency

At least 3 years of professional experience in the IT environment, ideally in IT security, IT operations or/and identity management First practical experience in Privileged Access Management Knowledge of common PAM solutions, preferably BeyondTrust, are advantageous Basic knowledge in Active Directory, Entra ID and Identity & Access Management (IAM) Understanding IT security principles such as Least Privilege or Zero Trust Interest in topics like Endpoint Security / Endpoint Management Structured and solution-oriented operation Embossed team skills and good communication skills Responsible and reliable operation
