HR Systems & Payroll Specialist with a focus on P&I LOGA and Time Management (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced IT department at the next time Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) with focus on P&I LOGA and time economy

In this key role, you take on the technical support and further development of our HR system landscape with a focus on P&I LOGA, pay accounting and time management, and at the same time contribute to the support of other IT systems as well as IT and digitalization projects. Professional support, administration and further development of P&I LOGA with focus on pay billing and large time management as well as other HR and IT application systems Ensuring and optimising billing and time management-relevant HR processes taking into account legal, tariff and operational requirements Supporting complex working time models, especially in full-continuous shift operation Analysis, processing and sustainable solution of system-related questions, errors and process deviations Implementation of smaller programming, system adaptations, tests and participation in releases, digitalization and HR IT projects Support and further development of other IT systems in the HR and adjacent business environment as well as participation in comprehensive IT and digitization projects Creation and development of reports, statistics, evaluations and documentation Control of external service providers and software partners as well as tracking open topics Consulting, support and training of internal users

Completed commercial training, a study in the field of personnel, business management, business informatics or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the HR environment, ideally in pay accounting, time management or HR system support experience with P&I LOGA or a comparable HR/Payroll system; Knowledge in the LOGA-Zeitwirtschaft is advantageous Experience in the care, development and coordination of IT application systems and a high affinity for IT and digitalization projects Good understanding of pay billing, pay tax and social security law and collective agreements Significant experience with complex working time models and shift systems in collective industrial companies Continuous updating of accounting and system-relevant expertise Embossed analytical skills, high process affinity and joy in solving complex issues Structured, independent and reliable operation and high service orientation Communication strength and the ability to process complex issues in a comprehensible way for different target groups
