The Bundesbau One of the most exciting areas of work in the entire construction industry is Bundesbau. The Bundesbau in the BLB NRW is planning and building comparable to a large project management office, e.g. educational institutions and universities of applied sciences, administrative buildings, air-weapons, NATO airfields or special buildings of the federal police. As part of our team, you will develop state-of-the-art, exceptional and unique projects in NRW.

You strengthen the position of the BLB NRW for matters in the Federal Construction with regard to contractors, by avoiding claims or Defence of unauthorised claims You accompany construction projects as part of a preventive contract and claim management You advise and support our project participants in the award of contracts for freelance services (e.g. AHO, HOAI, BGB) and construction services (VOB, BGB) You support the management of contract and follow-up negotiations You establish contractual target/actual deviations, analyze the causes and support the development and implementation of countermeasures You analyse possible results and develop appropriate countermeasures to avoid future construction projects (Lessons-Learned-Betrachtung) You develop claim strategies in dealing with emerging claims You support the adaptation or new development of existing contract patterns and innovative contract and award strategies You take over the coordination of various project participants (e.g. project managers, judiciary, external service providers, purchasing)

You have completed their studies (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering, economic law, technical building equipment or a comparable subject. Further requirements: You have at least three years of professional experience, ideally in real estate management, in construction, contract management, claim management or in the execution of construction projects You have in-depth knowledge of building contract law (VOB, BGB), in the costing of construction prices as well as in the architectural and engineering contract (AHO, HOAI) Ideally, you already have experience in the procurement law and in the processing of constructional supplements Microsoft Office products can be used safely, and SAP knowledge is also desirable It is a solution-oriented negotiation and cross-sectoral thinking. You have a high level of team capacity combined with proactivity and self-responsibility You provide reliable knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing). You have the willingness and ability to conduct a service vehicle and a safety review “Ü 2” under the Security Audit Act NRW
