Agricultural machinery mechanic in a management position (m/f/d)

Takeover of complete assembly responsibility Technical coordination and guidance of the assembly team Assembly, construction and final assembly of complex assemblies Ensuring professional, timely and high-quality assembly Performance of function checks, settings and commissioning Detection and elimination of assembly and functional problems Support in troubleshooting and technical optimization of machines Coordination with construction, production and other specialist departments Participation in the continuous improvement of assembly processes and working processes Responsibility for order, safety and quality in the assembly area

Complete training as an agricultural machine mechanic, mechatronic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification Multiannual practical experience in the field of agricultural technology or Harvesting machines Experience with self-propelled harvesting machines of advantage Technical understanding of complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems experience in assembly and ideally already first experience in a coordinating or conducting function Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Responsibility and strong understanding of quality Joy in taking responsibility and initiating a assembly team professionally
