ALM/PLM IT Solution Consultant (m/f/d)

Your tasks You are the main contact partner for our customers in Germany in the ALM/PLM sector and accompany the projects from the tendering and tendering phase as well as request acceptance to implementation. Due to regular presence at the customer's premises, you are particularly interested in critical phases such as alerts and project kick-offs for personal support and practical support in the project. Active support in the sales process by understanding customer needs and creating technical presentations and offers. This also includes active participation in sales events or trade fairs. You translate customer requirements into technical tasks for our international delivery teams (mainly in India) and thus act as a bridgehead between customer and delivery team. Support for selection, introduction and optimization of ALM/PLM toolchains (e.g. Dassault, Siemens, IBM, Jama, PTC) Depending on the project requirements, you also perform operational ALM/PLM tasks. You keep up to date on trends and developments in the ALM/PLM sector and introduce innovative ideas.

Complete study of (economic) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification. ALM/PLM application support, migration, or implementation has been identified and proven. In-depth expertise in at least one leading ALM/PLM system (e.g. Dassault, Siemens, IBM, Jama, PTC) and willingness to learn more tools. Embossed competence to understand complex customer requirements, to structure, to present convincingly and to translate them into concrete tasks. Experience in cooperation with international teams, ideally with offshore delivery. High motivation to continuously develop in the ALM/PLM sector and learn new technologies. German and English skills. High readiness for regular travel and customer presence throughout Germany, especially in key phases of projects.
