As Manager Regulatory Affairs & Science (m/w/d), you make sure that our WPR products and biocides meet the legal requirements and are correctly identified. You judge raw materials and recipes as part of REACH, A.I.S.E. Sustainable Cleaning and Trade Blacklists. In addition, you are responsible for EU and UK-REACH registrations as well as REACH-like registrations of import raw materials and accompany our biocidal products in the EU and UK.

Your tasks Prejudice of development recipes with regard to classification, labelling and limitations External assignment of safety data sheets including control and release Creation of mandatory documents according to DetVO (medical data sheets, data sheets for publication on the Internet) Hazard labelling of products Implementation of product, substance registrations, notifications and authorisations (WPR, biocides, REACH) Coordination and assessment of efficacy testing of biocidal products and their product registration commissioning of external toxicological opinions Maintenance of the raw material database and the PIM system Label release in PAS-Media Review of relevant association publications (IKW, VCI) Research and monitoring of national and international legal frameworks Cooperation with internal and external interfaces, e.g. other departments, testing institutes, traders and end users

Complete study of chemistry Multiannual experience in product classification for consumers Knowledge of relevant regulations (CLP, DetVO, REACH and REACH-like, Biozid-VO) Experience in EU-REACH and knowledge of roadworthiness testing in the USA Very good English skills in word and writing At least 5 years of professional experience Structured, careful and self-responsible operation High reliability, flexibility and durability Embossed communicative skills and team skills
