You have the responsibility for the procurement of IT hardware and software, align yourself accordingly with specialist areas, suppliers and service providers and clarify the needs. In addition to the need clarification, you will get price offers and carry out price comparisons and negotiations. You process the catalog retrievals of our e-procurement system and support us in the release of order requirements. The account management and the audit for the area are also in your hand. As part of your tasks, you are always up to date with market developments and identify new sources of reference for our IT hardware and software.

You have a completed commercial training or comparable knowledge. In addition, you bring shopping experience, ideally in the IT environment. You are familiar with order processes, product group management and supplier management. With service and solution orientation as well as negotiation skills, you contribute significantly to the value added of the area.
