Consulting: You support insurance companies in developing digital processes and IT solutions. Design: With our customers you develop modern specialist and IT architectures for sales, damage management and more. Conception: You develop software solutions for brokers, customers - from portals to inventory systems. brokerage: You act as a bridge between specialist departments and IT to realize tailor-made solutions. Workshops: You prepare customer workshops, carry them through and moderate professional exchange. Analysis: You evaluate existing IT-based business processes and advise on their optimization.

Education: You have a degree in economics, economic informatics or a comparable qualification. Experience: You know the business processes of insurance and have already accompanied projects as a business analyst. Methodology: You are familiar with classic and agile procedures in project management or business analysis. Think: You analyze quickly, develop thought-out concepts and convince with clear solutions. Communication: You can convey complex topics in a comprehensible way and inspire different stakeholders. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
