Organise and moderate meetings with key users, change ambassadors and stakeholders
Build and manage change networks (e.g. NextGenCRM Network, FIT4 Change Ambassador Network)
Develop “What’s in it for me” (WIIFM) campaigns to end activate users
Collaborate with internal and external media
Support training initiatives and user enablement across the ZEISS Group
Track change success using defined KPIs and lessons learned
Contribute to Change Canvas workshops and stakeholder assessments
Bachelor's degree in Media, Communication, Marketing, PR, Journalism, Business Administration or a comparable field
