Project Manager / Project Controller / Project Controller - Laboratory Equipment (m/f/d)

Your role in the company You control complex laboratory equipment projects independently and completely. You co-ordinate internally and externally, keeps commercial, technical, timely and qualitative threads in your hands and brings each project successfully across the target line – including clean billing and follow-up. You work closely with our technical design (WMP/CAD), purchasing, assembly and internal structures and make sure that planning, procurement and execution interfere cleanly. Your tasks Project Management & Communication Management of projects from order intake to acceptance/transfer Communication and technical coordination with contracting entities, specialist planners and project participants Coordination and guidance of internal interfaces (technology, purchasing, warehouse, assembly, service) Work coordination of furniture, electrical, sanitary and subcontractors Planning, control and tracking of dates and milestones Responsibility for appointments, quality, budget, execution and deficiencies Technical/organizational clarification clarification of execution details and interfaces in coordination with technology and assembly Ensuring feasibility and execution maturity (transfer in procurement/assembly) Participation in project dates, construction meetings, acceptances Commercial project management & controlling Budget and cost management, best-actual comparison, status reports Development, evaluation and coordination of performance changes - follow-up management Account management Project-specific documentation Risk management: detect, prioritize, control, escalate early

Technical or commercial-technical training or studies, e.g.: Studies: Civil Engineering, Architecture/Internal Engineering, Supply Technology/TGA, Industrial Engineering, Technical Management, Project Management Training/further education: technicians (construction/supply/wood), technical system planner, industrial man with project/technical focus or comparable Multiannual experience in the project management of interior, TGA, object equipment or laboratory equipment projects Secure understanding of technical processes, interfaces and assembly processes (e.g. furniture, electrical, sanitary, media supply) Experience in handling customers, architects and specialist planners Knowledge of post-order management, VOB, scheduling, project controlling Structured, solution-oriented and strong personality Readiness for project visits & acceptances nationwide Safe handling of MS Office, ideally ERP systems What makes you special You have a look for the whole – but you also know the details You lead teams with clarity and trust You recognize challenges early – and solve them before You become problems You think technically, tax commercial – and remain human You bring what others delegate
