Reference service Individual support of young people in school, foreign and health issues Promoting social integration and support in orientation in the new environment Psychosocial support and stabilization in stressful situations Support in the processing of traumatic experiences Crisis intervention and constructive conflict management Coordination of assistance with youth office, medical and therapeutic professionals, lawyers: women and educational institutions Assistance under the follow-up measures (e.g. Everyday education structuring of the daily routine and ensuring regulated routines Promoting self-responsibility Planning and implementation of leisure activities (creative, sporting, cultural) Accompanying everyday tasks such as purchases, doctor visits and administrations Promoting life-structural skills (budget management, hygiene, nutrition, money management) Implementation of individual and group talks to reflect and strengthen social skills Conflict prevention and treatment Participation and co-design of the common living Organizational Co-operation in shiftwork (breakfast, late and night services)

Completed training or studies in the social/pedagogical field (e.g. social education:in, social workers:in) Interest in working with refugees Knowledge of trauma pedagogical and intercultural approaches Empathy, resilience and team skills Willingness to work in shiftwork
