Support: Takeover of first-level support for the software solutions we use, especially in the field of exam software Staff training: Conducting basic and building courses on our technological solutions Analysis & Optimization: Support for the analysis of existing business processes and identification of process and technical optimization options Project Management: Support for the planning and coordination of projects on existing and new technologies Test Coordination: Organization and Monitoring of User Acceptance Tests Reporting: Creation and maintenance of project reports and documentation of projects and processes Meeting organization: Planning and implementation of meetings, including preparation of presentations and protocols

Qualification: Commercial or IT training Experience: knowledge of professional fields of auditing and tax advice and first practical experience in support are desirable IT knowledge: Finded knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and TEAMS | Understanding technical processes and relationships Language knowledge: Flowing German knowledge (B2 level) Communication capability: Very good oral and written expression Operation: Engaged and solution-oriented approach and high level of empathy Readiness to learn: Joy to learn new things and support the group
