Support for trainees and dual students You accompany our junior staff holistically and promote their professional and personal development. Contract and document management You create contracts and HR documents in the training context and provide a structured and legally secure documentation. Learning & Development / Training concepts You support the development and implementation of target-group-specific learning and development formats (e.g. training, workshops, onboarding programs). You will bring a successfully completed study or training in the personnel sector as well as several years of relevant experience in training programs, personnel development and/or learning & development. Understanding Educational Structures You have well-founded knowledge in the German education system (including IHK structures) and ideally in dual studies as well as experience in cooperation with educational institutions and external partners. Didactic skill You have experience in the conception, organization and ideally independent execution of training before groups (e.g. as a trainer:in, speaker:in or moderator:in).
