We make port: With great passion, we keep running the infrastructure of the Port of Hamburg around the clock. We are more than 1,900 HPA colleagues who drive forward advanced ideas to develop Hamburg's heart and make the port a bit more sustainable every day. The unit “BIM & Digitization” forms the center of competence for the digitization of planning, construction and operation. Our dynamic team of nine BIM managers is responsible for: the implementation, development and standardization of the BIM method and digital twins Implementation of AI agencies in planning, construction and operation operational BIM management in projects, the design of training and network formats. As a central ''BIM-Leitstelle'' we are closely involved in the program BIM.Hamburg (www.bim.hamburg.de) and work in cooperation with the Federal Ministry for Transport (BMV) on the development of federal BIM standards (www.bim-bundesfernstrassen.de).

Mainly, you shape the future of digital planning, construction and operation across the project together with our team: You work on the configuration and support of our data exchange platform (CDE) for HPA's Technical Division projects You are a professional partnerin for implementing AI in the BIM and Digital Twin field You develop BIM standards as well as recommendations for HPA, FHH and BMV and enter into working groups. Building a Knowledge Page for BIM.Hamburg for BIM Standards In our BIM projects, you shape the digital transformation of the port infrastructure: You advise project management on the BIM method, define BIM targets, create AIA, check BAPs and ensure the quality of digital delivery items. In addition, you are a key contact person for the BIM overall coordination.

You have completed a degree/master degree in science Civil engineering, industrial engineering or comparable skills and knowledge. You have experience in the application and implementation of AI as well as in the support and configuration of a CDE for BIM projects. Ideally, you bring multi-year experience in BIM management and know you with coordination and testing software. You have experience in project management – ideally with appropriate certification. You have a pronounced analytical and conceptual way of thinking to capture complex relationships. An excellent communication capability, safe occurrence and the ability to act in a solution-oriented manner even in conflicting requirements are distinguishing you. Your profile is rounded off by a very good team capability, high flexibility in thinking and acting as well as your structured and targeted way of working.
