Then you can introduce yourself here: As part of your activities, you have the opportunity to work on a large number of different projects and topics for national and global banks, financial service providers and private equity investors. As a (Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) FS - Transaction Consulting (Separation/ Integration) you take the advice of buyers:inside to optimal planning, design and realization of their mostly international transaction projects. You accompany our customers: in particular in the transaction environment for carve-outs and integrations from target image development to implementation. You help identify operational and process opportunities and risks of a transaction with particular emphasis on the implementation of long-term corporate goals and asset creation. You actively support the design of the transaction process as part of the Commercial & Operational Due Diligence, up to the upcoming integration or Separation. You will participate in the preparation of analyses and writing of transaction documents as well as presentations for (top) management. In close cooperation with your customers, you understand project requirements as an integral part of the team, develop concepts and accompany the implementation. As part of your project work, you quickly take responsibility and are confidently supported in your career development.

(Senior) Consultant (w/m/d) FS - Transaction Consulting (Separation/ Integration) You will be studying all disciplines with an above-average degree. You have been able to gain at least two years of professional experience, for example in business consulting, auditing, corporate finance consulting, investment banking or in business and corporate development. You have already gained first experience in financial services and project management. You have an expertise in the business analysis of business plans and business structures. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a high level of communication in German and English will be yours. You like to work independently, but you're looking for a strong team culture.
