Working Students Testing & Quality Assurance in IT Service Management (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) to support our field of information technology at the Kassel site Werkstudenter (m/w/d) im Bereich Testing & Qualitätssicherung im IT-Servicemanagement

You support the quality assurance of workflows and service processes in the IT and Enterprise Service Management environment (ITSM/ESM) and perform function and process tests, including the documentation of test results and errors In the service portal you test Matrix42 workflows, forms and automations You work with the care and further development of service catalogues In the analysis and optimization of existing service processes, you will participate and support the further development of workflows You support the IT service team in operational day-to-day business and contribute to the innovation and further development of automated test procedures

You complete your studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, engineering or a comparable course of studies and bring interest in practical experience in the IT service environment You are interested in IT service management, digital processes, workflow automation as well as ITSM tools (e.g. Matrix42, ServiceNow, USU, etc.) You have first knowledge of programming (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell or similar languages) You are available about 20 hours a week for at least 1 1/2 year (if more after voting in the semester holidays). You are characterized by analytical thinking and a structured and careful way of working and have good knowledge of German and English
