As a senior credit analyst (m/w/d), you are responsible for a corporate loan portfolio for our industry competence center, ranging from family businesses to (inter)national capital market companies. Specifically, you evaluate financing structures as well as credit loss risks in the upper middle class or Large customer segment and finished ratings, complementary industry reports and PEER comparisons. In addition to financing risks in the course of M&A transactions, unless assigned to the “structured finance” segment, you analyze and evaluate German and English documents such as business reports taking into account country-specific accounting and valuation rules. You create, structure and negotiate loan applications or Approvals, check both credit and consortial contracts and accept customer appointments, analyst conferences as well as investor/earning calls. Their activities include the use of AI-based financial analysis tools and digital collaboration platforms such as MS Teams and OneNote. In addition, monitor timely IRM list problems, take care of hospi dances and promote their integration by working closely with student supporters.
