At the closest possible time, we are looking for a strategically thinking and pragmatic management personality as Head of Quality Management (m/w/d). In this key role you take over the overall responsibility for group-wide quality management. They design structures and standards, create transparency and ensure measurable quality along the entire value chain.

Overall responsibility for group-wide quality management with direct leadership of a central team (approximately 10 employees) and professional management of international quality areas Strategic control and cross-site coordination of all quality tools, processes and initiatives within the group Ensuring and further developing product and process quality along the entire value chain Responsibility for quality indicators, audits, certifications and group-wide reporting Integration of ESG criteria and cooperation of sustainable QM strategies Sparring partner of the management and active member of the international management team

Complete technical or scientific studies (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) Multiannual experience in quality management - ideally in the production environment with international production or development sites Insufficient leadership experience, ideally in the international environment Analytical thinkability and the ability to improve structures in a targeted manner and develop standards Very good knowledge of German and English as well as intercultural communication Ready for occasional international missions
