It develops and manufactures at the Dörth and Wismar sites, sales are made via 14 international branches. For our Sales department, we are looking for a Sales Manager (m/w/d) at the next time. Remote work is possible.

Sales support and systematic development of existing customers in the German-speaking and Central European areas Targeted acquisition of potential new customers Preparation and follow-up of offers, presentations Performing trade fair visits Conducting contract negotiations until completion Market monitoring and analysis, identification of growth opportunities and regular reporting Cooperation and exchange with the headquarters of the company elkon in Istanbul, also occasionally in presence Regular exchange with the other sales departments of SCHOTTEL Evaluate commercial and technical tender documents and derive projects

Complete technical studies, preferably electrical engineering, as well as economic knowledge or comparable qualification Good technical understanding Sales experience and market knowledge in shipbuilding Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, 90% of internal communication takes place in English Customer orientation and very good communication skills Safe appearance and convincing personality High level of self-initiative and commitment to work in unknown areas and to achieve conclusions National and international readiness to travel (European foreign countries). Most of the tasks can be done remotely, so your location within Germany is flexible.
