The trout farm has existed for more than 50 years and is run in the 3rd generation of Nils Fuhrhop.

We have 100 rooms with 200 beds and 4 holiday apartments. A generous, friendly restaurant spoils our guests with modern and regional cuisine. We also have creatively designed banquet and seminar rooms for up to 400 people for individual events. Our terrace at the Fontänen pond and our in-house brewery complete the offer. In addition, we operate the city hall of an adjacent city.

In recent years, a lot has been invested in expansion and renovation. Our newly created wellness area is located directly on our trout pond.

ASSESSMENT Your tasks depend on your qualifications and experience. We have a large kitchen team and can use starters and already qualified chefs in our kitchen.

EMPLOYMENT We have shiftwork and day care. The kitchen team consists of about 10 colleagues. Cooked in our newly furnished main kitchen and some outdoor kitchens. The service planning (and holiday planning) is done via an app. In the high season can be taken vacation. Overtimes come to a time account or are paid out. The time recording is also completely digital via app.
