To strengthen our “TCEP: Technology Center Professional Mobile Radio” area, we are looking for an experienced and motivated personality as a team leader. In this key role, you are responsible for a specialized team that accompanies our customers in the planning and execution up to support of PMR solutions such as object radio systems (OVA) based on state-of-the-art HF transmission technologies (SDR: Software Defined Radio). Leadership and further development of the TCEP team Control and quality assurance of Presales activities in tenders, customer projects and PoCs Technical and Economic Conception of PMR Solutions Analysis of customer requirements, creation of solution concepts, designs and coarse/fine specifications Close cooperation with sales, bid management and after sales in the preparation of offers Technical support of project management and technicians in the realization of projects and the tasks of fault analysis Presentation of solutions at the customer, including workshops, technical demos and decision templates Product management for the components of the developed PMR solutions in close cooperation with the suppliers incl. Observation of market, technology and competition developments

Complete study of news technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification. Multiannual experience in presales or solution design of HF transmission systems Deep understanding of HF technology and technologies for PMR solutions Repeater, optical distribution systems (oDAS), HF-coppel fields, passive antenna and distribution systems (pDAS), mobile terminals, USV, monitoring and control of system components incl. SNMP knowledge Digital radio systems DMR, TETRA, LTE and 5G Management experience such as team management, project management or expert management Embossed customer orientation, safe occurrence at technical level Empathy with “Blick über den Tellerrand” Pragmatic solution finding using tools (also AI) Very good presentation and communication skills in German and English driving licence class B
