in the field of administration at the location Kassel, Heinrich-Hertz-Straße 2 for the HÜBNER GmbH & Co. KG

Development of surface, use and layout concepts for production, storage and office areas Creation and maintenance of building, inventory and location plans Planning and visualization of reconstructions, relocations and optimization measures Development of site and master plans for new construction and expansion projects Preparation of technical planning bases for investment, maintenance of value and operator responsibility Management and integration of external planning documents such as construction applications, cataster, escape and firefighting plans Support and perspective management of construction, conversion and site development projects

Completed training or studies in the field of construction, technical planning, building management or comparable qualifications Experience in creating technical drawings, layouts and planning documents Safe handling of CAD and document tools Experience in building, location and area development in the industrial environment Structured working, organisational skills and team skills Knowledge of fire protection, lean methods, project management or facility management are advantageous
