Successfully completed studies Multiannual (approximately 7–10 years) relevant professional experience in risk management and/or compliance with an investment manager or KVG Knowledge of regulatory requirements (especially KaMaRisk) and experience in their practical implementation Proven experience in building and developing guidelines, internal control systems and governance structures Representative competence in the preparation of risk analyses and address-oriented reporting Experience in dealing with supervisory authorities as well as accompanying internal and external audits Strong analytical skills, structured and self-responsive working, and a high degree of integrity and discretion Sovereign appearance, pronounced communication skills and the ability to gain different stakeholders for risk and compliance issues German and English knowledge in word and writing High conception, flexibility and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style
