Completed studies in the field of senior management services (e.g. Bachelor of Arts – Public Management, Administration Management and a completed engineering studies as a Diplom-Ingenieur, Civil Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Department of Building and Civil Engineering or a completed Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or the like.
