During your training, you will learn about the different business areas at SVA and will gradually be introduced into the technical planning and installation of complex IT systems. From the start, you are fully involved in our workflows and take on your own first tasks in the team. Making mistakes is part of it – we see them as a chance to learn from them. For we firmly believe that what one experiences and implements oneself is best remembered.

You have a strong technical understanding. You have a professional/abitur or a very good real-school degree with completed internship in the IT field. You might have noticed that you're too busy studying. Your friends describe you as self-initiative and independent. You are a helpful team player (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d), who works well with others. You'd like to get in new tasks. You speak very well German (Level C1 or higher) and good English (Level B1 or higher).
