Strategic staff function: They act in an independent position of the clinic management and assume the cross-site responsibility for Rendsburg and Eckernförde.

Structured OP planning: You coordinate, check and create OP plans, clarify follow-ups and ensure compliance with all planned requirements - for a smooth process.

Efficient process control: They design the day-to-day operating business, optimize operations continuously and integrate emergency operations as well as room shifts into the current program.

Collaborative interface work: They work closely with the medical service as well as the lines of surgery and anaesthesia care and control outpatient operations across the site.

KPI-based control: They monitor OP processes using defined KPIs, prepare regular evaluations and prepare data targeted for decisions.

Responsible organisation: They accompany surgery and anaesthesia processes, assess the operational departments and take over the management of essential OP-related sessions.

They have completed medical training, such as nursing, OTA or completed medical studies. They bring well-founded experience from the surgery and ideally from intensive care or emergency care. They work safely with digital applications and systems, especially the KIS Medico and the popular MS Office programs. They convince by a clear, value-adding communication and a sovereign appearance. They lead interdisciplinary teams motivatingly and bring experience in cross-disciplinary cooperation.
