Total responsibility for the technical and planning area of an established general planning office Control and further development of interdisciplinary planning teams as well as coordination of external specialist planners over all performance phases of HOAI (1–9) Responsibility for the successful implementation of complex construction projects in terms of quality, dates and costs Development of project structures, processes and digital planning methods Configuring the corporate strategy and expanding customer relationships in industry and public

Complete study of architecture, civil engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in managing complex construction or general planning projects, ideally in industrial, commercial or administrative construction Leadership experience as an area manager, partner, procurer or managing director in an architecture or planning company Entrepreneurial thinking, strong communication strength and experience in dealing with builders and contractors High strategic competence and motivation to actively shape the future development of an established planning company
